Chocolate Banana Granola Cookies
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these!! These cookies taste like banana bread and they are my new favs!
These are the perfect “treat” for the health fanatic or the sweet lover. In less than 30 minutes you have a sweet and savory dish to bring to any holiday party too!
These banana granola cookies will double as a mid-morning snack or an after dinner dessert. Leave out the chocolate if you want to be Paleo and Whole30 compliant.
- 2 Cups Autumn’s Gold Grain Free Granola
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- ¼ Tsp. Hawaiian Red Sea Salt
- 1 Tsp. Chai Spices
- 7 Pellets of T.C.H.O. Chocolate, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350
In a medium sized mixing bowl mash up the bananas and add in granola, mix with hands to evenly distribute the banana throughout mixture. Add in chocolate, spices and salt, mix again. On a quarter size sheet tray, spray with non-stick cooking spray and make a small ball with cookie mixture, place on sheet tray and press down slightly to flatten, repeat until mixture is all gone. Bake in oven on 350 for 20-22 minutes. Cookies will be nicely browned and crispy on the outside with a banana bread like texture on the inside. Makes 12 cookies.
